AUBURN, Ala.- Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2, Auburn Parks and Recreation will implement regular cleaning and maintenance schedules for the Lake Wilmore Park Pickleball Courts and the Town Creek Park Inclusive Playground to ensure safe, well-maintained facilities for all visitors.

Lake Wilmore Park Pickleball Courts

• Daily Cleaning: Courts will close Monday through Friday from 1-2 p.m. for daily cleaning.
• Deep Cleaning: On the first Wednesday of every odd-numbered month (September, November, January, March, May, July), the courts will close from 6 a.m.-3 p.m. for deep cleaning. If the first Wednesday falls on a holiday, cleaning will move to the second Wednesday of that month.

Town Creek Park Inclusive Playground

• The playground will close the second Wednesday of each month from 6 a.m.-noon for cleaning and maintenance.

Visitors are asked to respect posted closure times and staff working on site. These routine cleanings are essential to keeping Auburn’s recreational facilities safe, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
